• Clubroom with Veranda: 3300-square-foot (1500-square-foot indoor room, estimated 1800-square-foot veranda, half covered from the elements).

• Card Room: 375-square-foot indoor room with large wall display screen. 

• Both: Clubroom with Veranda and Card Room.
