CourtReserve: How do I log in? 

EXISTING MEMBERS

  • Website:

  1. Click on the following link https://app.courtreserve.com/Online/Account/LogIn/7127?t=2 (BOOKMARK URL)

  2. Enter Username. 

  3. Enter Password. Click the Forgot Password? link if you need to retrieve your password. A link will be sent to your email to allow you to reset your password. Check your junk/spam folder if you do not receive it.

  • App: 

  1. DOWNLOAD CourtReserve APP at Apple Store (for iPhones) | Google Play (for Android) to your device (mobile or tablet)

  2. Open App. Enter Username or Email. Enter Password. Check Remember Me. Login. ​

NEW MEMBERS: CREATE YOUR First-Time PASSWORD 

  1. You/and your spouse each should have received a welcome email from CourtReserve inviting each of you to Register (check your junk/spam folder). 

  2. Select the link ‘HERE’ in the email, and you will be taken to the CourtReserve member portal website. 

  3. You will be prompted to enter the email you provided on your membership application and create at least a 6-digit password (it is case-sensitive). Click Login.

  4. Next, DOWNLOAD CourtReserve APP at Apple Store | Google Play to your device (mobile or tablet)

  5. Open App. Enter Username or Email. Enter Password. Check Remember Me. Login.  

CourtReserve: How do I reset my Password?

Website 

  1. ​Click on the following link https://app.courtreserve.com/Online/Account/LogIn/7127?t=2 (BOOKMARK URL)
  2. ​Click the Forgot Password? link. Enter your email, then select Submit.

  3. Open your email. An email with a Reset Password Link will be sent from CourtReserve. (check your junk/spam folder).

  4. Click the link and follow the password reset instructions.

  2. Click the Forgot Password? link. Enter your email, then select Submit.

  3. Open your email. An email with a Reset Password Link will be sent from CourtReserve. (check your junk/spam folder).

  1. Email or call Member Services, ellen@oprctennis.com | 704-295-6445, for assistance in obtaining a User Name/Password Reset instructions.

Clubessential: How do I reset my Username and/or Password? 

  1. Click on the following link https://profile.oprctennis.com/ (BOOKMARK URL)

  2. Click the Forgot Password? link if you need to retrieve your Username and/or Password. 

  3. A popup window ‘Look up Account Information’ with the radio option to choose. Select one radio button option:

    • ‘I forgot my username’ - Please enter your email address below. The address entered must match the address on file to receive your username.

    • 'I forgot my password’ - Please enter your email address below. The address entered must match the address on file to receive a temporary password reset link. Click the Email me my account info button.

      • ​You will receive a confirmation window that an email has been sent to your email address. A link will be sent to your email to allow you to reset your password. Check your junk/spam folder if you do not receive it.
