Group Exercise Class PRICE OPTIONS:
Group Exercise Class Description:BOOTCAMP: No guts, no glory in this total body workout! This class incorporates drills designed to enhance agility, speed, power, strength and quickness. You’ll move around the room to a number of different stations—each designed for a specific skill or muscle group. Check “LAZY” at the door when you step into this workout. Boot Camp works you head-to-toe so you’ll be ready for anything life brings. Fusion Stretch/Yoga: This is the Ultimate Mind-Body workout that fuses Flexibility, Core Strength, and Balance This class will improve your quality of life by improving your quality of movement. TOTAL BODY SCULPT: This strength training class consists of endurance drills and functional resistance exercises. We use hand weights to guarantee you’ll burn calories while giving your muscles a great workout. This class will present a challenge for even an experienced athlete. CARDIO/ CORE FIT : High Intensity Training (HIT) at its best! Come and join Heidi as she challenges you each week with her world –class fitness routines and “take no prisoner” attitude J Bring plenty of water and be ready to work! WIPEOUT : This class is not for beginners! This is a FUSION class. Anything goes. Each week we challenge you in ways you never imagined. It’s a lot of fun and laughs as well. Come if you’re not scared J FUSION CROSS TRAINING: This is a class that blends 3 different elements of fitness. This 60 minute class includes: Cardio Intervals (running, spinning, boxing), Strength training (free weights, bands, body weights) and Stretch (Yoga based). The result is an addictive and motivating training session that burns up to 1000 calories and strengthens the heart, turns fat to muscle, builds strength, increases mobility and decreases stress. FUSION KICKBOXING/AGILITY:is a fun and addictive 55 min kickboxing workout that combines the best of combat sports training with athletic and agility movements to improve your overall performance for any sport! This high energy class will help you burn fat and build lean muscle for a firm, tight body.. You have nothing to lose, but some sweat! PILATES: Join Amy as she stretches, strengthens, and lengthens your body in this floor based mind/ body class. Personal TrainingPrivate and semi-private:
