* Christi Hayden was appointed to the board in 2010 to fulfill the term of Beth Crigler. This term expires at the end fo 2011. Re-elected for 2012.

** Jerry Tylman was appointed to the board in 2010 to fulfill the term of Glenn Crabtree. This term expires at the end of 2011. Re-elected for 2012.

Directors are elected to serve three (3) year terms. In the event the President holds such office in the third year of his term as a Director, he shall continue to serve on the Board for one additional year as Immediate Past President . Article IV, Section 2.

Directors appointed to fill unexpired terms are eligible to be nominated and re-elected or re-appointed as a Director following the original appointed term. Article IV, Section 3.
